However, through honesty, I foster an environment of focused growth and progress. Therapy is a way to understand the challenges you face and develop ways to overcome them with the support of someone in your corner. Life can be full of ups and downs that often come without a warning. While it’s natural to attempt to attempt to overcome these challenges on our own, this can often lead to additional stress, isolation and anxiety.
