My experience as a therapist includes working with individuals who are challenged by: depression, generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), social anxiety disorder, marital and relational dissonance, and substance abuse. The most important goal that I have for my client’s is to provide them with effective therapeutic tools that is instrumental in improving their relationships and quality of life. The therapeutic modality that I utilize to achieve these goals in my counseling sessions are: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person- Centered Therapy, Solution- Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Christian/Spiritual Counseling. I also have working knowledge of NLP (Neuro Linguistic programming) techniques.
