About me

I received a Master’s in Social Work from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado. Therapy can be a daunting and intimidating process. I follow a person centered approach in providing care to individuals when developing treatment goals to help build a healthy and safe therapeutic relationship with individuals. I have experience working with children, adolescents and adults with depression, anxiety, trauma, psychosis, impulse control and co-occurring treatment needs. I use motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and psychodynamic psychotherapy when working with individuals. I have extensive experience in crisis intervention and providing trauma informed care.
