About me

I am a licensed clinical psychologist in Tennessee with 10 years experience. I have worked with people with a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress, ADHD, relationship problems, and sleep difficulties. I have also helped people with chronic pain or disability. I also work with couples to improve their intimacy and communication. My counseling style is warm, compassionate, and aimed at empowering my clients to make positive changes in their lives. My approach combines motivational interviewing with cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and solution-focused techniques to help individuals achieve their goals. I work with each client to write an individualized, mutually agreed upon treatment plan based on empirically supported techniques. It takes tremendous strength and courage to ask for help with making positive changes. I’m honored to be a part of that process. I look forward to working with you!
