About me

Hello! My name is Emily and I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of North Carolina. I am also a Registered Yoga Teacher. I have a wide array of experience in multiple sectors with many populations. My experience includes families and children, substance use as well as intimate partner and interpersonal violence. My professional experience coupled with my yoga training has equipped me with the tools to assist clients in the achieving mind body connection. I wholeheartedly support and encourage all clients to understand that mental health and physical health are not mutually exclusive; you can not have one without the other. Working with me means that you are able to achieve holistic health through empowerment, connection to the breath and stillness within the mind.
