As a Pastoral Counselor and student of non-traditional spiritual wisdom from ancient and indigenous teachings to New Age or Thought practices, we can integrate your own spiritual beliefs into the therapeutic process as needed or desired. The primary Therapeutic model I use is Internal Family Systems (IFS) and because of the extensive training received, I am considered an IFS Informed Therapist by the IFS Institute. Other primarytherapeutic tools used are, Mindfulness, Focusing, CBT, and Mindful Parenting.
