I also hold a certification as a certified clinical trauma professional .I have 5 years of professional work experience working with individuals diagnosed with depression, anxiety, adjustment disorder, domestic violence , trauma, grief , and substance abuse disorders. I specialize in assisting clients with developing healthy skills , by utilizing various evidenced-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and a humanistic/ client centered approach.
