About me

I am a licensed clinical social worker, licensed in Colorado, with 5 years of experience helping people as a mental health counselor. I have worked with people suffering from a wide variety of concerns, including depression, anxiety, and substance use addiction. I have also helped people who struggle in their relationships and recognizing their own self worth. My style of therapy is to create a space where you are safe to share and grow, to provide you with the tools and empowerment you need to see the life changes you have been hoping for. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Person Centered Therapy approaches. I believe each person is unique and deserves an individualized plan that works for them. I know reaching out for help can be scary and can feel impossible. But I know you can have the peace you are seeking for in your life. I am here to work with you to reach that peace and seek to be there for you, if you so choose.
