I am licensed in Massachusetts with 3 years of professional work experience. As a therapist, I work with my clients to build a trusting, secure, therapeutic relationship, so they are comfortable sharing their narrative and the present issues they want to work on in our sessions. In my career, I have worked with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction and life transitions such as acculturating to a new country, job , or entering a new stage in life (college, parenthood, retirement). I have a background in relational psychotherapy, family systems, mindfulness, and solution focused therapy. I am passionate about instilling hope in my clients, I am compassionate and empathetic, and I am goal oriented and collaborative in order to help my clients see positive results in their mental health during our work together. I am sensitive to diversity and enjoy working with individuals of all genders, sexualities, ethnicities, and backgrounds. Besides English, I also have a good understanding of the Albanian language as it is my first and native language.
