About me

It is wonderful that mental health struggles are becoming less stigmatized, and people feel more comfortable being vulnerable. I am here for you if you want to open up. For 9 years I have worked with kids, teens, and adults both inpatient and outpatient. Issues such as: life management skills, anxiety, depression, trauma, and self-confidence are a few of the areas I have helped people improve. From me you will receive an open mind without judgment. You may have specific problems on your mind or maybe you just want someone to talk to because you don’t feel good, even if you have no idea why. Either way I want to let you know I’m ready to help and can’t wait to hear from you. See you soon.
