I’m a licensed therapist in the State of Florida and Vermont with 25+ year’s professional experience working with a wide variety of individuals. My expertise lies in resolving the issues surrounding trauma and abuse using rapid resolution techniques such as EMDR and Brainspotting in the context of a warm and compassionate environment. Experience has shown me that many of the emotional and psychological burdens we carry around with us today are a direct link to present, recent, or past trauma and until these experiences are resolved, moving forward in life continues to be a struggle. You will find me to be curious, warm, and inviting. My journey with you is tailored to your needs, your pace, and your tolerance for investigating painful memories and events in your life. Although I am ‘warm and fuzzy’ I am also not afraid to respectfully share my observations in a candid but empathic manner. I believe that you are the expert of your story, not a victim – a survivor, and that you have many strengths that will help you overcome things that challenge you.
