Based on 29 years of practice with a diverse range of clients, I’ve come to believe that with skilled therapy provided in a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental atmosphere, clients committed to making positive change can find the resources within themselves to meet most of life’s challenges. Drawing upon cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and laser-focused life coaching techniques, we’ll partner together to develop a flexible, individualized therapy plan to not only give you tools to meet your current challenges, but to develop greater fulfillment, resilience, and balance in every area of living! Areas I specialize in include: women’s empowerment, life coaching, depression, anxiety, life transitions, aging, relationships, stress management, codependency, personal boundaries, self-esteem, chronic and life-threatening illness, grief/loss, work/life balance, and burnout. My BetterHelp summer hours are Tuesday and Thursday, 1:00pm-6:00pm. Limited evening and weekend hours may also be available by appointment only.
