About me

I am a licensed Psychologist in the state of Ohio with expertise in learning and behavioral disorders, autism, ADHD, and parenting. I have over 25 years of experience providing psychological services in schools, hospitals, and clinics. I use evidence-based therapies to empower people with parents to better manage child behavior and experience calm at home. I use strength-based and solution-focused approaches to help adults with ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) manage their symptoms to achieve their professional and personal goals. I am also a psychology professor committed to translating effective research into therapy practice that works to improve clients’ lives. My therapy style is warm and accepting. My therapy philosophy is evidence-based and practical; no matter how much research evidence supports a particular approach, clients have to feel that is right for them. I will adapt my treatment based on what works for you to feel comfortable and empowered. I enjoy working with clients from all backgrounds. I strive to promote strength and resilience for all my clients. If you are seeking to reduce your stress and build your resiliency, I would like to help.
