As a dedicated and experienced psychotherapist holding a license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I am deeply committed to fostering healing and growth in individuals, couples, and families. Currently, I am expanding my expertise as a doctoral student in Clinical Child Psychology, with a focus on the compelling intersection of Neurobiology and Psychodynamic Therapy. My areas of specialty include, but are not limited to, trauma recovery, anxiety disorders, relationship conflict, family systems, PTSD, and grief. I utilize evidence-based modalities, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, tailoring treatment to meet each client’s unique needs and circumstances.
