It can be so challenging to start the therapeutic process. My approach is individualized, making sure to tailor to the needs of the patient. The kind of patients I work with are motivated to change and eager to build their toolbox. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, adults and their families, from a cognitive behavioral framework. I incorporate other modalities in treatment that best serve the needs of my patients.
