I support individuals, couples and families in their efforts to grow and evolve. I help them ask deeper questions about what matters to them and how they want to live their lives. I combine my training as a therapist with my personal experiences as a mother and an army spouse to strive to bring together all of the elements of the self–from the intellectual to the emotional to the spiritual–into a whole person.
