I have a background in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and problem-solving. I am a no-BS mental health professional. My passion is to work alongside you as you move closer to the ideal version of yourself. I understand that your motivation may be lacking. I know that you may need help finding initiative.
