Hello, and welcome! My name is Candice, and I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a licensed mental health counselor with a passion for helping individuals find balance, connection, and meaning in their lives. My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Together, we’ll work toward understanding what’s holding you back and finding practical, effective ways to help you move forward. I specialize in working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and self-discovery. I incorporate trauma-informed, polyvagal, and mindfulness-based techniques into my work. This means we’ll not only address your thoughts and feelings but also how your body and nervous system play a role in your well-being. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to yourself and others. Outside of my professional life, I value community, family, and meaningful connections. I also know how important it is to approach life with a sense of curiosity and openness, and I bring that mindset to my work with clients.
