About me

I am a clinical social worker with 20 years of post -graduate experience helping clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, living with grief and loss, coping with trauma, crisis and disasters, issues facing first responders and challenges relating to LGBTQ- identifying individuals and couples. When working with clients, I take a solution-focused, trauma-informed and strengths-based approach. Everyone deserves to be listened to, treated with respect and provided with opportunities to live a meaningful, joyful and productive life. I’d like to learn more about you and hear from you about what you would like to get out of our work together. We can find a time for us to meet and start talking more about your hopes and goals – and how we can work together to make those hopes a reality. I look forward to talking with you more.
