About me

These are some of my key beliefs about therapy. First off, you already have what it takes to reach your highest potential. Sure you may feel bogged down, lost, or lonely, but underneath all of that, you are a whole person waiting to grow out of the chains that are binding you. Part of my role as a therapist is to help you find that inner strength, identify your growing edges, and explore the things that are holding you back. Another belief I have is that you are already working to make things better. You found your way here to this website in hopes of finding help. Whether you stick with me or move on to another profile, you are in the process of healing. You have the tools and the motivation to take you as far as you want to go. Most importantly, I believe therapy is good for everyone. I have been a counselor for the last 10-12 years, working with people of all age ranges and cultures. I have seen people that felt hopeless find a path through their lives that made them happy and fulfilled. I have worked with children to address and heal traumatic experiences. I have helped my clients develop self-esteem and work through grief. I believe I can help you as well, I hope you will give me the opportunity to meet with you and help you reach your potential.
