About me

Welcome! I am a therapist (LCSW) with extensive experience over 25 years such as inpatient and outpatient, IOP hospital -based settings. In addition I have worked in community-based outpatient clinics. I am here to support and challenge clients who want to make a change. Also to assist you in developing ways of coping, thinking or behaviors that no longer serve you. This includes life stressors such as work, relationships, caregiving, parenting, divorce, grieving, addictions, life transitions and other changes. I can guide you to manage symptoms of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders as well as trauma/PTSD . All the while working with you to build a bridge of deeper understanding and knowledge towards the goals and person you’d like to be. I utilize a variety of modalities tailored to each individual such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), cognitive processing therapy (CPT for PTSD), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing and other strength-based modalities. I connect to each individual with a client centered approach that is a safe, warm and compassionate space for you to work towards your goals. I am looking forward to guiding you to help you on your journey of healing.
