About me

I am licensed as a psychologist in California with almost 20 years of professional work experience, in some aspect of the mental health field. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process. My passions are working on creating a well-rounded fulfilling life, and I practice what I preach. I emphasize deep meaningful therapy sessions along with other aspects such as healthy eating, exercise, hobbies, relationships and time in nature. I have an interesting background, I have worked a wide variety of clients and I have found that the style that works best for me, and is very appreciated by others is an intense therapy style where I am clear on what our goals will be in therapy. You will not ever be left wondering what we are working on, where we are going during our sessions. I am incredibly passionate about my work and find the best progress is made with a strong connection with your therapist and I strive to provide this.
