About me

Welcome! I’m Ashley a licensed clinical mental health counselor in the state of North Carolina with over 10 years of counseling experience. Therapy is a healing and transformative process, and it takes an immense amount of courage and strength to reach out for help. My goal is to offer my clients a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment that promotes growth and healing. I work from a belief that all people have resilience to face life’s challenges and my counseling approach draws from a wellness model that emphasizes individual strengths and empowerment. My passion is to help people gain insight on what has been holding them back and guide them to place where they are confident in themselves, their relationships, choices, and their overall life. It’s my desire that each client leaves my office feeling heard and seen. I specialize in working with individuals dealing with anxiety, relational problems, depression, trauma, and self esteem. Through collaboration we will explore your current challenges and make a plan that you are comfortable with to accomplish your goals. I value my clients, the therapeutic relationship and I feel honored to be a part of your journey towards reaching your goals.
