About me

Reaching out for help can be scary, and my job is to make the process as easy for you as possible. I believe that individuals have the capacity to make positive changes in their life, and I’m here to help facilitate those changes and strive for better outcomes. I direct my practice according to your specific needs and goals, and always view a client as a whole person, not just a list of symptoms. I aim to provide a safe, non-judgemental environment for my clients so that they can focus on getting better. I earned my Bachelor’s in Psychology from Michigan State University and my Master’s of Social Work from Wayne State University. I have been providing therapy for 7 years and have experience working with a variety of individuals, including sexual assault survivors, substance abusers, adults and children. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, medical advocacy, and crisis intervention.
