About me

I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience working as a mental health therapist. I have worked in a variety of therapy settings throughout my career including with adults, families and adolescents. I love being a therapist and truly believe that growth and change are possible. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship and communication problems, parenting problems and grief and loss. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. My therapy style is warm and interactive. I am compassionate, curious and social-justice oriented. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral methods with a depth and attachment-focused perspective to help you achieve self-awareness and healing. Together we will define goals and objectives to meet your unique and specific needs. I look forward to working with you!
