I am a licensed therapist in Wisconsin with over 12 years of experience working with children (ages 6+), adolescents, and adults, in a variety of settings. I hold a Master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, a Bachelor’s degree from UW–Eau Claire, and an Associate’s degree from Fox Valley Technical College. Additionally, I earned a specialized certificate from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee in support of my clinical work. I specialize in helping clients manage a variety of symptoms, some of which include: anxiety, coping with addiction, navigating family conflict, and healing from trauma, prolonged stress, and dissociative disorders. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and integrative. I am EMDRIA-trained through EMDR and Beyond and have pursued specialized EMDR training with Ana Gomez, focusing on developmentally appropriate trauma treatment for children. I also incorporate EMDR-Sandtray practices, which allow clients—especially younger ones—to process trauma through expressive, nonverbal means. In addition to EMDR, I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Polyvagal Theory to support nervous system regulation, parts work, and deep emotional healing.
