About me

Hello! My name is Ann Marie Dennis. I have a master’s degree in counseling and a certification as a Licensed Professional Counselor from Tarleton State University here in Texas. I have worked in public education for 30 years with 13 of those years being a School Counselor. I also served in many other roles, including Parent Engagement Coordinator, and Campus Leadership Team. I am passionate about supporting children and families and helping them thrive! I have experience in helping clients with relationship issues, trauma and abuse, intimacy related issues, & anger management. When working with my clients, I direct my efforts to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support individuals in that healing process.
