Hi! I am Angela Kemner. I am a licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC) in Illinois and a licensed professional counselor(LPC) in Missouri and a certified advanced alcohol and drug counselor (CAADC) in both states. I am also a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). I hold a Master’s of education in counseling degree. I believe that you are the expert in you and I use my experience, knowledge and skillsets that I have acquired over the past 20 years of working in the field to work with you. I have experience in working with adults, couples, youth and families who have had difficulties with life’s many stresses, relationship issues, trauma, addiction, depression, anxiety and other concerns. My therapy style is person centered, warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach depends on your needs and we work together to develop a treatment plan that fits your goals. It takes courage to make life change and you have taken the first step.
