About me

I am a USAF veteran, completed my master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling in 2014 and have worked steadily since, specializing with victims of abuse and other trauma and inpatient psychiatric counseling and evaluation. Anxiety and mood disorders are another area I have worked with and found that identifying the Cognitive Distortions aid and alleviate stress and anxiety. I believe no matter the wound it can be addressed, processed, and healed if you need me I’m available.
