About me

Hello! Thank you for your interest to learn about me and how I might be able to help you. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida with 36 years of professional clinical counseling experience. Through a variety of clinical practices, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma informed practice and family systems approaches, I have compassionately supported and helped clients address many life concerns. These include working through stress and anxiety, helping those living with chronic and terminal illness, supporting those coping and growing through grief and all kinds of loss, inspiring motivation, improving self esteem, and increasing confidence while facing and overcoming life changes. I have worked with individuals from childhood to senior adults, assisting them in navigating life challenges and discovering a happy and healthy life filled with more joy and peace. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Hope always remains for growth to take place and to experience the fulfilling life you desire! Please know that as you courageously take steps to discover and develop that life, I am here to support you and help you in that process.
