I am licensed in Florida with 22 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I have been providing therapy for over 20 years and I have worked with many different populations and needs. I am specialized in trauma treatment along with attachment concerns and dissociative qualities. I can assist with individual, couple or family needs. Combining mindfulness based techniques along with a body-focused modality called Somatic Experiencing, I help bring the mind and the body into peace and coherence. I am also a trained EMDR (Eye Movement Densensitization and Reprocessing) therapist. During the first meeting, I am interested in understanding what your concerns and needs are.
