I am a mental health counselor and holistic health practitioner that focuses on healing in unique ways specific to the client’s desires. I have been a solutions professional for over 17 years. I enjoy sharing knowledge, resources, and visual aids on a large variety of topics. I enjoy strengthening clients inner and outer confidence and pointing out routine positives as growth occurs. I am licensed in Arkansas with 7 years of professional work experience. In my most recent experience I have counseled families with school age children, first line responders, physicians, and military. I have gained experience with EMDR models for trauma recovery. I have learned to identify how to handle suppressed trauma, whether it is important to address in our lives now and understand how past trauma can play into our lives today. I have experience in working with helping clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, motivation, self esteem, confidence and depression. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have MANY strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
