About me

I am a licensed LCSW who enjoys working with and meeting new people. My goal for my clients is that they reach their therapy goals! I have a wide variety of experience with many different clients. I have been working with clients with my LCSW for more than 12 years and prior to that worked in setting with children and adults with mental illness. I have also taught Human Services at two colleges. If I am able to work with you I will work with you to set the goals that you would like to achieve. Working on your goals will help you to make progress in your life and increase the joy that you find in life. Whether you struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship problems, sexuality issues, or most any other issue, I would be happy to help you move forward. I have had certification and extra training in Grief Therapy, Motivational Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization Therapy. I am also experienced in multiple others types of counseling and therapy. Let’s start working!
