I always tailor therapy modalities to you, and I am trained in many different therapies. I have experience treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, Substance Use Disorders, Disordered Eating, Body Dsymoprphic Disorder, and OCD. My main models of therapy are ERP, CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Solution Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. My goal is to provide you with tools that you can use to have your best quality of life possible. I will devote my efforts in using my years of training as well as lived personal experience to allow me to assist you in achieving any goals you hope to accomplish.
