About me

My practice is focused on building momentum for dramatic, long lasting positive changes through modifying the targeted behaviors of clients. I believe that the goal of the therapeutic relationship is to liberate energy trapped by negative emotions, associated with unresolved traumas, current problems and long standing patterns, and to enhance our enjoyment of life. With sensitivity, and the belief in healing properties of the therapeutic process, I help patients find solutions to a wide range of life’s challenges, and psychological issues such as: trauma and PTSD, performance anxiety, creative blocks, loneliness, alienation and depression, stress, cross-cultural issues, obesity, fears and phobias. I draw on a variety of styles and techniques to incorporate what will be most helpful for each patient such us EMDR, Emotional Self-Management, REBT and Logotherapy.
