About United Studios Of Self Defense | Livermore

United Studios of Self Defense, Livermore is the longest running school in the tri-valley area, having served the Livermore community for more than 25 years. Our school delivers high-quality martial arts instruction in a positive, safe and fun environment. We are proud to offer a variety of martial arts classes, including karate, judo, taekwondo, and hapkido, as well as self-defense and fitness classes. Our experienced instructors and staff are committed to helping students reach their goals, whether it’s to learn self-defense, improve fitness and overall health, or to become a black belt. With our unique blend of martial arts and self-defense classes, we help children, adults, and families discover the benefits of martial arts.
