Pacesetters is a nonprofit organization that began in 1971 as a volunteer program to provide a humane and productive lifestyle for those with developmental disabilities. We are a leading provider of community-based day training and residential services in Tennessee, with operations in 5 counties for day services and 12 counties for personal assistance. Our goal is to provide care and support to those in need, helping them to achieve their highest potential and leading them to a better quality of life.
