Optimae LifeServices, Inc. is a premier provider of health care and human services for individuals with disabilities and mental illness in the Central Region of Iowa. We offer a wide range of services, including community-based, behavioral health, home health, rehabilitation and residential care services. Our goal is to empower and support our customers so they can live their best life. We have been serving the Central Region of Iowa for over three decades and currently advocate for the rights and needs of approximately 5,300 Iowans each year. Our team works hard to ensure our customers receive the highest quality of care and we strive to provide the same level of care we’d want for our own family.
