Newhaven Counseling and Health Services, based in Magnolia, Arkansas, is a comprehensive Community Mental Health Center and Certified Community Behavioral Health Center serving Calhoun, Columbia, Dallas, Nevada, Ouachita, and Union Counties. Our mission is to provide the best behavioral health, substance abuse, and intellectual and developmental disability services to meet the needs of our community. We offer discounted fees for those who qualify and no services are ever denied based on a person’s race, color, sex, age, national origin, disability, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, or ability to pay. A sliding fee scale is available to those who qualify based on family size and income. At Newhaven, we are committed to helping our community and those we serve.
