At Newhaven Counseling and Health Services in El Dorado, Arkansas, our mission is to provide excellent and effective behavioral health, substance abuse, and intellectual and developmental disability services to the residents of Calhoun, Columbia, Dallas, Nevada, Ouachita, and Union Counties, as well as those in the surrounding area. We are a comprehensive Community Mental Health Center and Certified Community Behavioral Health Center that promises to serve all clients, regardless of race, color, sex, age, national origin, disability, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, or person’s inability to pay. We offer discounted fees for those who qualify and have a discounted/sliding fee scale available for those who meet the requirements of family size and income.
