Habilitative Systems, Inc. (HSI) is a nationally-recognized human services agency providing much-needed programs to underserved populations and people living with an array of health and human service needs. For over 40 years, our Chicago-based organization has been providing supportive programs to the city’s most disadvantaged and vulnerable residents in North Lawndale, West Garfield, Austin, and Englewood. With our continuum of care approach, HSI serves more than 7,000 people every year, offering resources and support to those in need.
