At enCircle, we believe that everyone deserves to live an abundant life full of meaning and purpose. Our story began in Lynchburg, Virginia when a Lutheran pastor opened a small orphanage in Salem. Now, more than 600 dedicated and compassionate staff and caregivers have joined our mission to ensure everyone can live a life of abundance. We strive to provide quality care with dignity and respect for those in need of support. Our commitment to compassion and excellence has earned us the trust of the communities we serve. We are proud of our long-standing legacy and look forward to continuing to make a positive difference in the lives of those we serve.
