Arlington Office DVR’s mission is to empower individuals with disabilities to reach their full potential through meaningful employment. Our vision is to become the leader in the field of vocational rehabilitation, providing exceptional experiences to all of our customers. We strive to be transparent, act with integrity, empower our customers and staff, and promote collaboration, inclusion and equity in all we do. We believe everyone should have the opportunity to pursue meaningful work and improve their quality of life. With offices located throughout Washington State, we have been a community partner for over 80 years, providing vocational counseling and employment services and supports to those with disabilities, as well as technical assistance and training to businesses.
