ARISE – The Farm | Chittenango is a non-profit, community-based organization that has been providing opportunities for people with disabilities to live freely and independently in the community since 1979. We are committed to empowering people with disabilities to make life choices and achieve their dreams through the Independent Living Philosophy, which asserts that individuals have the right to self-determination. Our services are available to people of all ages with all types of disabilities, and we are organized and directed by people with disabilities. We understand that navigating the world of disability services can be overwhelming and confusing, so we are here to help, no matter what your needs may be.
