Allison L. Hertog is an experienced special education and disability lawyer with an extensive educational background. With a Masters degree in special education from Columbia University’s Teachers College, she has a unique insight into the world of special needs education. She is a former teacher who is licensed to practice law in California, Florida, and New York. Ms. Hertog has represented hundreds of parents in successful litigations against school districts in administrative and federal court, as well as in her national practice of getting test accommodations for high achievers with disabilities. With a passion for advocating for those with learning disabilities, drawn from her own experiences as a child, Allison Hertog brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the field of special education and disability law.
