At Active Day Wareham, we provide home-away-from-home care for seniors and disabled adults with chronic conditions like COPD, stroke, Alzheimer’s, seizures, diabetes, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, hypertension, heart disease, developmental disabilities, and intellectual disabilities. Our caring professionals create a comfortable, familiar atmosphere with our programs and offer adult day health care supervision, therapeutic activities, and rehabilitative therapies in a positive, people-focused way. We strive to make a difference in our clients’ lives, providing them with the care and support they need.
