About Yiasha

Finding a therapist and treatment approach that fits your needs is very important. I have primarily worked with young adults experiencing life changes and adjustment to adulthood, individuals with chronic mental illness, and families. I primarily specialize in working with individuals who experience depression, trauma and anxiety that are hoping to find an outlet of support. During each session, I strive to bring positive energy to focus on changing those negative thoughts that may control how you function day to day. I also value your time and believe that you should not feel alone during your time in therapy. Read more Show less
