About me

Hello. I am a counselor originally from New York City, and currently residing in Atlanta, Georgia. I have over 20 years experience working with people with developmental disabilities as well as emotional and mental disorders. My goal is to help you find balance while striving for your highest ideals/best life. I use a variety of approaches based on a thorough and complete assessment. Basically I individualize treatment based on each individuals needs. I am compassionate, understanding and insightful, and these are important qualities in identifying and correcting limiting thoughts, feelings, attitudes and beliefs. In these unprecedented times mental hygiene/wellness is of the utmost importance. Depression, Isolation, Anxiety, and trauma can make daily life challenging. With the proper attitude and support from our counselors, friends, family, and associates we can emerge successful from these challenges. Thank you for taking taking the time to consider working with me. Regardless of which counselor you choose I wish you health, wealth, and success.
