About Vicky

I am an Arizona Licensed Professional Counselor with over 35 years of experience supporting adults and adolescents through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. My work focuses on helping individuals, families and couples address anxiety and depression related issues, trauma, relationship difficulties, work stress, and family concerns. I have a particular interest in guiding clients through the healing process following traumatic experiences, and offering compassionate support to those struggling with self-image, grief, and loss. By providing a calm and grounded presence, I'm able to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their concerns, clarify their goals, and implement meaningful strategies for change.
