I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker whose goal is to help you find your best life possible. I have experience working with many types of issues including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, coping with health issues, divorce, abuse and specifically those victimized by narcissists, high-conflict individuals or antisocial personality disordered partners. Building rapport is fundamental to helping you to feel comfortable in disclosing your experiences, current-life situations, and problematic issues. It also is necessary to foster trust so that the change experience can take place. Counseling is a partnership in which you play a significant role in creating the change. Defining the problem, identifying your strengths, deciding on goals and then finding a pathway to those goals is what counseling is all about. Let’s work on achieving those goals! Modalities may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Psychotherapy. An integrated approach can be utilized as well.
